Refund policy

This returns and refund policy applies to orders purchased online.

We hope you love your order, but if you decide you would like to return your items to us you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch by phone or by emailing us using the information provided on our contact page and we will help you organise your return.

If you do decide to return your order it must be returned with all the goods you are returning in the same condition that you received them and with a copy of your invoice/receipt. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund the value of any damage/wear caused to the items when we receive them back from you.

Unless you are returning faulty goods, we do not offer free returns. You are responsible for all delivery costs when returning items to Simpsons Jewellers. Simpsons Jewellers is not responsible for ensuring goods are returned in the same condition that you received them.

Please note that personalised orders including rings that have been resized cannot be returned for a refund.
