Shipping policy

UK Shipping:

We are delighted to offer free delivery on all UK orders.

Dispatch times: Order before midday Monday-Friday for same day dispatch (non-personalised orders only). Orders placed after midday or on Weekends/Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Personalised orders, including rings requested for resizing, will take 2-3 weeks longer to be delivered.

Delivery Method: Packages are delivered using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service unless otherwise stated. This service will require a signature at your address to confirm delivery. See Royal Mail's terms and conditions for more information.

International Shipping:

We are currently unable to offer delivery to addresses outside of the UK. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you request delivery to an address outside of the UK.
